The old Seriphos worked great for me to lower my cortisol. I would buy a crate of it if I could find it. The new formulation seems much weaker, so I've given up on it.

I've switched to Enerphos, which is much more effective for me than the new Seriphos. Note it's much more effective when taken on an empty stomach. I tried taking it with meals at first, because my stomach is very sensitive, but that didn't work well.
