If you do cardio for 20-30 mins then you lose water weight.
After that, you start losing real weight.
Add bananas! Water dense fruits like Watermelon and cucumber. Some foods are natural duretics. Just dont mess with the real pill stuff, thats just gonna throw your body out of a horrible balance you dont want.
