I am wondering about the success rate of maintaining the weight loss during the MC. Many posts say to eat healthy but I'm curious as to what that specifically means (ie: only raw? No simple carbs? No meat etc.) I have been a pretty healthy eater for years now. I've lost 11 lbs on the Master-Cleanse (21 days) and I'd like to try to keep it off.
Can you share your stories of success or failure in keeping the weight off with specifics (exactly what did you eat/not eat) and any other detialed recommendations. Thanks & Peace.
