I'm sorry. I downloaded the player and, also googled possible problems. No help. I'd love to listen if you posted something that I could play. Where are you from? That player is sometimes used here but the web site is from Paris? Maybe that's why. Like I said with the others, try youtube or something. The quality won't be noticed on my cheap lap top.
