For the record, I don't think there is anything wrong with your brain, that I could pinpoint at least. But I'm not a doctor looking at your MRI results. :)

This stuff we discuss on here is just hard at times. We can't osmosis the whole picture of how we see things and how all of the scriptures are fitting together in our minds to each other. So because of that, and other reasons, it's just hard to communicate our thoughts at times.
