I don't have time to pin point all of this so I will let you study the two ascensions. This debate is getting too spread out, so you may want to do this on the side when you get some time.

Here are some scriptures to read that tell of his visitation to people. But the main scripture is Jesus telling Mary Mag that He has not ascended to the Father yet. Jesus sounded urgent when He spoke with Mary Mag, probably because He had business to take care of in heaven, as well as getting His glorified body that the Father would give Him. After all He is our High Priest. After that He hung around for over a month showing Himself to people before making the final ascension to heaven.
