More on proteolytic/systemic enzymes

"Darn, the informational links are no longer working and it doesn't tell the instructions with the products I found online at the one site to buy. Normally it is one of those products that you have to get through practitioners.

The protocal for the Systemic Formulas is in a manual in the ND's office, but I had found them online. They are no longer working, and it was good information.

What it says about the parasite killing herbs that I can remember was that you had to made a committment to take them for no less than 60 days.

The VRM2 protocol, which I tested for for over 5 months for the roundworms (ascaris), has to be for no less than 90 days, and no red meat the duration. It was done in "rounds". So many days on, so many days off.

The VRM4 for flukes, is not done in rounds, but it is to be taken continually for 60 days. No restrictions on meat with it.

VRM1 is for tapeworms, but it never showed as one I needed.

VRM3 is for microbials and is not done in rounds, but is also for a minimum of 60 days. No restrictions on meat with it either.

ALL of the VRM products have digestive enzymes in them with killing parasites, and this is the reason why:. I had copied this when the information was still working. This is from Dr Wheelwright, the founder of Systemic Formulas:

page 16

>>>>It used to be believed that digestive enzymes only functioned in the Gastro-Intestinal
(GI) Tract, and that belief was taught for many years. However, it is erroneous.
Beginning with Dr. Edward Howellís book, Enzyme Nutrition, we now know that the
body conserves some of its precious enzymes by reabsorbing them.
Now, there are numerous studies that show oral administration of trypsin and chymotrypsin
enter the bloodstream and eventually come back to the pancreas for
reuse. Thus, the pancreas is actually involved in a circulatory system just like the
liver/gall bladder recycles bile salts.
The pancreas secrets enzymes into the small intestine. The enzymes do their job
to digest food. Extra enzymes can be reabsorbed. These enzymes can then effect
a beneficial activity in the body such as the reduction of inflammation and the
breakdown of fatty deposits, and then work their way back to the pancreas for
another tour of duty.
Why is this so important? Because here is the basis for the effectiveness of supplementation.
If we provide the ailing body nutritional enzymatic support, then it not
only helps the body accomplish the digestion it needs to accomplish, but it also
gives the pancreas a rest of its enzyme bank and restoration of its function.

****On this positive note of supplementation, letís look at symptoms of pancreatic
insufficiency and how herbal/enzymatic therapies can have a dramatic impact.
Parasites, Candida and the Pancreas
People who have intestinal parasites, a condition that is considered pandemic in
America and the world) have a pancreas insufficiency! Why? Because the pancreatic
protease enzymes, as they pass through the intestines, help rid the GI Tract of
bacteria, worms, protozoa, candida and fungi.
Now, think about all the millions of dollars that American consumers have spent
buying herbs like green black-walnut, and expensive parasite cleanse programs,
and building ďzappersĒ, all which have helped many people, but have never gone
back to the root-cause of the problem Ė a protease pancreatic enzyme insufficiency!
Here the wisdom of Doc Wheelwright shines. Itís why he put the high level of
protease enzymes (bromelain) in the VRM-1 parasite formula along with natureís
vermin-ridding herbs.

One of the instructions for the VRM1, which is for tapeworms

", avoid eating meat around the time of taking the VRM1. (The enzymes are intended for the parasite, not the diet.)

The information from the place I found online to buy them does not give the full protocal, but you'll notice from the list of herbal ingredients, they may have a few of the "normal" parasite killing herbs, but alot of different ones not normally found in over the counter/online products.

VRM1 - Contains the herbs thought to affect nematode parasites that infest the large intestine. Don't use when pregnant, nursing or for children under 8 (eight). Caution: Laxative Effect; keep out of reach of children. INGREDIENTS: Pau D'Arco; Rose Hips; Garlic; Valerian Root; Hops; Bromelain; Zapilopatle Beans; Hojas de Jalapa; Dolomite; Worm Seed Oil.

VRM2 - It is a source of the vermifuges that influence the very small or microscopic nematodes found in the tissues and organs throughout the entire body. Don't use when pregnant, nursing or for children under 8 (eight). Caution: Laxative Effect; keep out of reach of children. INGREDIENTS: Black-Walnut Husks; Wormseed Herb; Kamala; Quassia Chips; Bromelain Enzyme; Bethyl Nut.

VRM3 - For treating microscopic parasites including giardiasis. INGREDIENTS: Black-Walnut Husks; Carrapichinho; Erva Tostao; Aniz Estrelado; Bromelain Enzyme; Worm Seed Oil; Yerba Santa.

VRM4 - It is used in the treatment of cellular parasites including amoebas and is a specific for flukes in the liver and kidneys plus giardiasis outside the intestinal tract. INGREDIENTS: Kamala; Guarana; Carrapichinho; Maracuja; Wormseed Herb; Papain; Alfazema."
