Re: Driving parasites away from the intestines

Hi Marturo,

So I take it that means June 4, 12, 20 and 27 this month are the optimal days to fast.

Thank you for this information, I will try that and see what happens.

This morning I bought Zymactive extra strength systemic/proteolytic enzymes by Natural Factors and took one on an empty stomach. I read that this can dissolve dead parasites in other places in the body. I'm not sure if it kills them, but Donjay says no:

"Pancreatic enzymes digest food after it had been prepared by chewing and mixing with mouth enzymes and agitated in the stomach with strong acid. Most parasites will not be digested by enzymes unless they are dead and starting to fall apart as most have a very tough and resistant coating the enzymes can't penetrate."

This site has great info such as this:

"The fact that killing enzymes can penetrate mucous in both incidents is an indicator that this is a missing link in a protocol! Enzymes are responsible for many functions in our body. A couple of years ago I did some reading on enzymes to refresh my memory and to give me a different perspective on how Iíve overlooked their importance in the past. If youíre on a protocol, a deeper consideration to include enzymes and enzymatic foods might make a difference or the breakthrough that youíve been looking for. The problem is that people will see the word Ďenzymesí and will take any type or a generic brand, and Iíve found in my experimentation that it is useless. Live, raw food enzymes are excellent, and special enzymes formulated to breakdown proteins are invaluable."

Also "Fermented vegetables, like sauerkraut, pickled (not with vinegar) carrots, cucumbers, and beets, are good sources of enzymes. Grapes, figs, avocados, dates, bananas, papayas, pineapples, kiwis and mangoes are fruits with a high enzyme content."

I have been experimenting with smoothies in order to get the cup of dried coconut down every day. So far, this is the easiest way. I was worried about the Sugar in the bananas (why I started this thread), but based on the above info and your comments, I'll stop worrying. My recipe is 1 small banana, some canned coconut milk, about 1/3-1/2 c dried coconut ground in coffee grinder, 1 raw egg (optional but it makes it taste good and I don't eat enough protein), 1 dropper of NuNaturals stevia, 1 tbsp cacao powder. If it's too thick, add water.

You can also do this with other fruit and kefir and omit the cacao.

I`ve also decided I`m going to take 400-600 mg of COQ10 twice per day, and take the extra large dose every 5 days. One reason it was hell to take was I bought the stuff with bioperine, or pepper. I won`t do that again unless the stuff without is way more costly.

Another interesting thread:

Found some info that said salt and vitamin C kills parasites. I think I posted that somewhere but you can google it.
