The cleanse releases a lot of deep toxins, including emotional ones. Although it's uncomfortable right now for you, you need to think of all the good you're actually doing. Think of all the icky stuff leaving your body and about how much fresher, cleaner, and more alive your body will be when you're done. For me, when I had a tough day, I would try to put it all in perspective, taking a step back and realizing that it's just one more day. Good luck - we're all behind you!
