Piperazine citrate works mostly on ascaris/ascarid cysts and it slows them down a lot. It could work on toxocara. It will not kill them though. I dont think you should be so sure on the diagnosis based only on your symptoms. Have you tried pyrantel pamoate? Have you seen something in your stool?
