I made a big oops with the number of scoops! I don't know what I was thinking other than I had the number 7 stuck in my mind because of 750 mg.
I took 5 scoops of the magnesium citrate, which according to the Natural Factors label is 150 mg per scoop (it would depend on the size they provide), which should equal 750 mg, if my math this time is correct. So the corrected schedule is as follows:
7am 5 scoops mag citrate
9 am 1/2 cup olive oil, citrus juice
1 pm 5 scoops mag citrate
3 pm 5 scoops mag citrate
I feel like an eejit and hope I didn't mess anybody's flush up with my shoddy math!
