Re: Started a flush this morning...will update

Today: a few small extra skin break outs, sigh.

Tiredness is back.

Shoulder is a tiny bit stiff but overall neck and shoulders are great.

Right hip is sore - I feel like there's inflammation from the liver flush. I've been thinking of taking an activated charcoal capsule to absorb toxins but I don't like to take them too often.

A weird note from yesterday that I feel is related. During the flush, I felt a strange electrical sensation from my lower left abdominal area and my left big toe (if I remember correctly). It felt as if there was a nerve going from the intestine or colon to my big toe.
