Hi Archus, I use lemon when I can get it high brix.
I used to buy a cilantro chutney, but when I started making my own just trying to replicate the taste I remembered, after they discontinued it, it was a revelation; I'd never want to buy it bottled now.
The other on millet bread sounds good. But I must say, this winter I've gone quite off garlic. Onions too. except green onions. every time I've tried garlic again, it doesn't taste right. Not sure what that's about, but I'm just going by what my body is reporting.
