Re: Please Help: Suicidal-Candida-Depression-Worsening Symptoms

Candida is a common problem in people that have Hypochlorhydria (weak stomach acid), and Achlorhydria (no stomach acid). These two conditions are the result of aging, the use of certain medications, like Antibiotics , proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), and a host of other chemical medications. Strong stomach acid (HCL) is absolutely necessary, for maintaining a sterile environment, in the stomach and for assisting the peptic enzymes, in the breaking down proteins. Many proteins are allergens and will cause allergic reactions, if they are not broken down and the allergens destroyed. Strong HCL is also necessary, for destroying bacteria and pathogens that enter the stomach. Candida proliferates in a neutral, or alkaline, environment. The consumption of sugar, or products containing sugar, acts like adding gasoline to a fire, when it comes to Candia. Candida loves sugar. Once Candida is eradicated by medications, it can reoccur, because of the weak stomach acid. Correcting the Candida problem is only half of the battle, the weak stomach acid (hypochlorhydria) must be corrected as well. The easiest and most effective way of correcting weak stomach acid is by getting a pH diagnostic test, pH capsule test, or pH gastrogram.
