Ugh, I'm honestly losing my mind to this condition because it's just so hard to pinpoint anything regarding this. Research and even methods are sometimes contradictory to each other which is why sometimes people, including myself don't want to jump the gun.

Anyway, regarding the bacteria, I've had a healthy Diet even before my EC came which is why I can't understand how I "suddenly" got a problem which as of now has no official diagnosis and cure. Regarding the "magic pills", I'm not saying Ibinns is lying but he has been here for quite a time now and I don't think he'd lie when he said the pills helped.

I believe in cases they do help like in Ibinns. Before he started taking the probiotics, his buildup was already under control and his lip lines were coming back. Maybe the probiotics just helped something inside that secured normalcy in his case, although he did admit it came back and went away again.

I am truly mindboggled, looking pics of me 6 months ago makes me cry. I wouldn't be so upset if doctors could diagnose the causes or anything but we are all left in the dark fighting alone. Such is life.
