I've seen a lot of improvement in the past year, this is my third year. My first year was the worst, plus the freak out and stress involved. Time really can help, and consistently being patient with reducing trauma and good nutrition especially b-vitamins. This condition is a long slow process. I don't have home internet so I'm at the library, I need to do other things with internet time, but I will post more in a few days what has been helping me.
