ecparent, have you noticed in your child if they lick there lips at all. this condition arrived in me when I completely stopped licking my lips, I suppose it was a mental thing. I didn't lick my lips for years, and I mean I never touched any amount to them no matter how dry they got. I recommend you telling your child to try licking his lips and see if it heals your child.
