Since you've eaten, your body has returned to digestion, this cleanse has met it's "completion", in my opinion. The important thing is to look at that in a neutral way, not negative. It's all about your reasons for cleansing, your goals, and your plans. Personally, I would avoid a laxative, you'd be making matters worse I'd think. Just take it easy- broth, lemon juice, lots of water for at least a day or two. In a few weeks, go for it again, and until then eat healthy, try to stick to whole foods to prepare your body, etc.
