I'm going with "how I feel" I workout 4 times a week (minimum) because I'm in school to be a personal trainer. I'm on days 5 and for the first 3 days I felt no different energy wise, the last 2 days I've had great energy, more than normal, so I'm using it while workingout, getting a better night's sleep too. Personaly I wouldn't change your normal routine unless your body tells you to. You body knows what it can and can't do.
