and anything over 28 days
is entering into the 'desert', in the sense
there isn't a big community who share the experience.

I put some videos on the Natural Hygiene forum- right at the top- these are of "pranarians", and I think they might inspire and energize you. At the point you are at, it may be wholesome
subtle energy that can most feed you (esp. the fasting mind
that can get lonely and feel depleted!)

my advice is:

I would probably be making some very nutrient-dense broths, slow-cooking organic veg of the best sort. and sipping this...
