OK. I only did enemas for the first three flushes but Moritz warns very strongly about flushing without colonics which can make things worse, and in my case things did get worse, so I thought that might be one cause and I have started colonics now.

I didn't stop flushes but did put them off for a while. Next flush is this weekend. I do think I may stop if things get worse, or if I have to go on beyond 10-15 flushes because I cannot afford more colonics than that.

If things get worse or remain like this, I will at some point get off flushing and do a long water fast. Last year I did a 7 day fast which was helpful both physically and psychologically. This time I hope to be able to go longer.
