Hi take note that I am not a doctor. If you have a gum infection then there are probably multiple reasons why. But I think urine pulling will improve the health of mouths and gums too. I definately believe that myself just from my own experimentation.

Remind you that urine is strong stuff so drinking the first one drop or two drops can have a "detoxing" effect. You have to slowly increase the amount. Swishing in the mouth and not swallowing is a great way to take urine because it absorbs into the tongue and all the lining in the mouth. Then spit it out and lots of white foam should be pulled-out with it. The foam increases if brushing with urine.

After a while urine is prefered over water. Especially tap water but even distilled water starts to feel blah. The urine is structured water so it is very smooth on the mouth. It is distilled directly from your own body organs so in many ways it is cleaner then distilled water, and urine carries information for healing the body as a whole, even subliminal styles of information that slowly puts people on the proper path to healing.

I recommend urine therapy but it is gross I think and it has always been a healing art that is done in secrecy. Also it is messy if you apply this to your body. In India there are urine therapy clinics, like spas, and they even advertise openly in urban areas as urine therapy centers. It must smell like aged urine in those healing centers but at least you are not ruining your house and your car and everything you own will not have aged urine smell on it.

Cleaning urine is not like cleaning up spilled milk or orange juice. Urine is a liquified crystal. When it dries it crystalizes and sticks in all kinds of fabrics. It becomes fungi like and the crystal spreads like fungi grow. So it is not the same thing as cleaning up a spilled glass or juice, milk or water. Urine is alive. Tweet
