I also have struggled with food. I find it difficult to now go out to eat and it's a pain in the butt to cook every night. I have been grilling chicken and veggies every night. I also make lots of veggie soup with chicken stock. For example, today, for breakfast I had an omlette with avocado, tomato, peppers and onions with a fresh juice consisting of cucumbers, kale, spinach and lemon. For lunch, I had grilled chicken, sautťed kale, grilled onions and peppers. For dinner, I picked on home made meatballs that I made last night with garlic, onion, parsley, nutmeg, allspice, salt & pepper. I make all of these at night and pack them for work the next day...except for the omlette lol. I can send you more meals if you're interested!
