I have not been incredibly active on this forum as I have a tablet and tablets are annoying to type on. However, I do read up a bunch on health as a part of my goal of reaching a sort of equilibrium with my health.
I came to the conclusion I have a candida problem after developing eczema on my face. I noticed it was triggered by grains and sugars, and though I had long avoided the whole 'candida' thing because I hate the idea of doing a strict diet (I've been vegan before and candida is more strict IMO), soon I found myself eating less grains, refined sugars, and fruits, in order to heal my face up.
In the past three years I have devoted to studying health and the connection of food to our health, I can't help but feel in my soul that going very very low carb like a strict candida diet calls for is dangerous. Not to mention hard to keep up with when you don't want to be a hermit and socialize, and yes this is coming from a foodie who doesn't mind being that annoying person with a bunch of food allergies to the waiter.
I have read a bunch of information on candida. Tried to see what works and what doesn't work for other people, and honestly I believe everyone is a little right. However, it is also clear to me that there is a missing piece of the puzzle as so few people have actually seemed to find long term relief from this mysterious disease. Some people have said they genuinely feel that killing the yeast is actually a bad idea, and I think those people might be onto something too.
I am a firm believer in higher beings and I believe many of them can help us. I specifically have a guide named Tarron who helps me with my health problems.
I've been trying to wrap my head around the conundrum of what causes candidiasis (lol) and after sending the question out several times, I feel I may be onto something that would be nice to test, if anyone here has access to testing this (or could let a doctor know who listens to their patients) that would be cool. But the theory came from a dream and I believe my guide Tarron might have sent it to me.
Before you write me off on this principal alone though, please bear with me, and hear my theory out!
Also, I will post sources after I explain. I don't want to risk losing what I've already written and in fact I am going to post this bit before diving into my actual theory on what the real cause is of this disease, though there are several factors that contribute and certainly don't help.
So stay tuned, as I poke this screen to type up what my actual theory is (for free lol, this isn't one of those scams). Because I don't think other people have had this theory before.
