Re: Mockers are the least open and most difficult people to help.

Can anyone find a scripture where the angels heal anyone? You hear testimonials all the time that angels can heal, but there is very little to go on based on the bible. It does seem like I remember one verse that told of a prophet of old being strengthened by an angel...but that is about it.

Apparently that was not their main mission. They were messengers, protectors and such. But does that mean they are not able to heal by the power of God?

I think we should always pray for people's healing and let elders of the church lay hands on them as scripture tells us to do...because we don't know the will of God in each person's life. There is nothing wrong with praying in faith that God will heal them. What true honor we give God when we don't doubt. And if someone is not healed due to prayer, then we keep on believing that God is good and He knows best.

I think calling one's self a healer comes across to some as a self appointed job...as though a title was given in great honor to this person. However, we are all to believe with great faith that we are doing what God has asked us to do. I don't think we need a title of healer, anymore than the angels have that title. Their actions tell us what their purpose of God is.
