I'm right behind you at day 8. Quite honestly, I was concerned with the amount of activity (yoga) you were doing while on the MC. I usually work out 3-4 times a week for 40 minutes at a time. During the Master-Cleanse I do none of it -- mainly because I don't have the energy for it. After all, we're consuming about 600 cals a day on the cleanse, and you're burning way more than that in your class alone I'd say.
I'm down 10 at day 8 so I'd say our losses are pretty darn good! Are you going to wrap up day 10 then do 2 days of juicing/broth? Hang in there - you've come so far...I know you can do this :)
