Re: Parasites. Emergency help

Be careful. Constipation can land you on the operating table. I came really close. Here is how I got out of it.
1. Stop eating any food that has fiber in it. Even soluable fiber (fruit) adds to the compaction.
see Konstantin Monastyrsky at gutsense. The only foods with very little fiber is white rice, red meat, and butter or coconut oil. These kept some energy coming in.
2. Magnesium will stimulate the secretion of mucus in the guts. This is what makes the stool movable. I chose magnesium citrate. My body must have been short because it took several teaspoons. I took 5 teaspoons over the fist 2 days...no action. The third day I started at one teaspoon when I got up, and took another each hour until I had taken 5 that 3rd day. And finally I had a BM. Yes this is a lot of magnesium and it may not take as much for you. There are some warnings about magnesium overdose but I was so bloated and sick I just wanted to poop!
You can also get Magnesium in a small bottle at the drug store it is for occasional constipation.
The bacteria in your gut will continue to consume the Sugar from fruit and you will bloat!!! Prune juice does not work! The pain from bloating was awful.
Just my 2 cents.
