and agrees pretty much I think with what Moritz says, if I recall.
Very important to drink plenty of liquid before those ES doses.
I may have done close to what Clarke advises, and I seem to recall the ES was way too much, for me.
Never tried the ornithine, don't think it's easy to get, up here--and I was initially afraid I might be "doing something wrong", in not having it. But then, I reasoned I never minded being awake,
if that's what came up. I was so excited, the night of my first LF, I wanted to document it all. Had the colander ready. . . :-)
I did NOT want that last 6:AM or so ES dose. (again, too much ES, for me. I would only do One Teaspoon, now. Per dose.
As far as I can tell, the ES can be the thing that most troubles people, and i feel it's good for anyone to get a sense before the flush of how their OWN body takes to the stuff. Evryone is different.
Good to do this on a weekend, so one isn't worried about maybe not getting good sleep. And ideally, one has time/space in the morning esp. for lots of trips to the loo.
Moritz says one a month is plenty. I would agree. And I would add, new moon may be best. Might be worth considering.
(Some people go for full. If I was doing 'full moon', I'd do it just after--this slight wane relates to more "letting go". )
if I were doing it all again,
I'd do all I could, now, to make that first one very productive. It gives you great confidence if you see lots of stones! I'd maybe eat apples every day for five days, and also do some cranberry juice--which I like anyway.
