Do a search on Ashwagandha. It is considered an adaptogen. It helps with stress, energy and immune system. I found these other benefits listed on the internet.... Rheumatoid Arthritis , pain, fatigue, gastrointestinal disorders, skin infections, cerebellar ataxia, diabetes, high cholesterol, and Parkinson's disease.
