Well I have had muscle problems as well. It took years to get a diagnosis...but they finally said multiple sclerosis. However, I didn't wait for them to tell me that...like you...I knew something was wrong and the doctors had no solution for me other than try rx that even my doctor said did not have have great results. I had prayed and ask God to lead me and I learn a little here and a little there and together my knowledge grew.
Instant results may or may not be found in natural health. I find it usually takes time to experiment and take notes of what helps and what doesn't. Listen to what successful people are doing and list it as a possible future part of your health protocol. Use discernment between the hype and true stories. But also know that what works well for one person does not always work as well for someone else. We are all at different levels of health. So you have to work at this from your own level.
This is a lifetime journey...you and your health. I know you are in need of getting back into life again...but don't feel guilty for needing this time. It's very important that you get this education under your belt, so you will make good decisions. I hope your wife will be understanding and support your decision to dive into natural health and learn. Perhaps she can learn with you. Make it a family affair, so you don't feel all alone doing this.
