At the bottom of the thread, I replied to it today, including a link
to a great cultured foods site. I just stumbled on.
I'm not posting this to spark any debate.(I see there might be some in the thread)
I think we can all determine for ourselves through trial and error.
But hopefully, everyone agrees that good flora, a healthy balanced inner terrain, that includes a proliferation of "good bacteria"
is at the physical root of optimal health, regardless of what else we are doing.
