I have done lots of semi fasts before. although the cleanse recomends fasting for a few days it is not some kind of religion where you have to obey it 100%. I have found that fasting from morning to morning or even 36 hr fast are VERY benificiall! Fasting Gives you body a break from using all its energy to process that food and gives it time to heal... I would recomend starting off slowly too and work your way up to doing a longer cleanse. I have known many people who say they are going to do 30 days or 10 days etc but quit after 2 days and then they feel guilty and depressed that they didnt accomplish anything... that is counter productive! We want to creat health for ourselves! not stress ourselves! I think you are on your way to success!
