Can I do a semi-fast? One whole food/organic meal in the a.m. to get me through work and just Master-Cleanse cleanse the rest of the day?
Here is my predicament. I manage a busy coffee shop and none of the symptoms you all have described are acceptable. I just can't take a chance in my business because if I don't "feel good" then it shows and I could get fired or demoted for purposely putting myself in that position.
And I don't want to wait until my next vacation to cleanse.
So what do you all think? Can I semi-fast?
Today, I had Ezekial Toast with org. Asparagus for breakfast and peppermint tea. Now I will fast/cleanse for the remainder of the day.
Let me know if I am on the right track or if I am totally derailed.
