Re: Please someone answer this question, driving me crazy
Hi,
Below is an Acid/Alkaline chart which is VERY extensive and useful when it comes to choosing which foods to eat, especially in this situation.
If you have dietary questions, please feel free to ask me.
The best diets, including the new Food Pyramid, concentrate more on fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, little meat, lots of pure water, and I also suggest few grains unless they are sprouted, as you will get, usually, 10 times more nutrition.
I also prefer to soak nuts and some seeds as they are easier to digest.
All foods in the middle isles at the supermarket are sugar, processed, and usually all the unhealthiest. So, we try to avoid those as much as possible.
An educational book you may consider is: 'Nutrition Almanac By: Lavon J. Dunne
I just tried to paste the Chart in and it does not work, if you would like for me to send it to you by email, I would be happy to do that, it is an excellent chart.
Regarding the ES baths: If you fill an entire tub with very warm water, as long as you are comfortable, and 1/2 cup to 1 cup of uniodized
Sea Salt or Epsom Salt, you should be fine.
Adults would soak anywhere from 20 minutes to 45 minutes, no more than 45 minutes is suggested.
For your children 20 minutes is fine, as long as they are comfortable.
You may also want to keep in mind: Hydrotherapy is excellent for detoxification, keeping the lymphatic system moving, I doubt children are going to want to do that though. There are things you can do to encourage it, such as wiping them down after a hot bath with a very cool wet towel, and then a warm one and a cool one again if it is day time. If night time end with a warm towel.
Hope this helps you, what has been their diet?
Take Care~
