The brushing and mouth washes are useless when it comes to halitosis or BO. They are just band-Aids, superficial symptom maskers.
You have to look at your diet and your gut health. I am sure you've had your share of processed junk foods, meat, dairy, etc. dairy is the most mucus producing. Sugar is another big culprit. In my opinion it is a poison. Natural sweeteners like Stevia, Xylitol, honey are good sources for sweet taste. Alcohol is also a form of Sugar and bad for your gut and brain.
Eat raw fruits and vegetables, everything has protein in it, otherwise the biggest animal on the planet would be dead, the elephant, he eats nothing but leaves. So good amount of good fats(most calories), protein and carbs need to be looked at. Include good probiotics such as kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi in your meals.
Read this book by Dr. Perlmutter, called "Brain Maker". Anxiety, Depression are due to lack of micro nutrients.
You should also clean your body with several detoxes. I would start with colon cleanse, then kidney cleanse, then liver flush.
This will take a long time, but it will be a good permanent change of lifestyle and good health.
