Yeah, it's killing me. The awful squirminess has spread to my arms and legs. Now it's not just in my lower belly.

It is really driving me mad. That's why I am desperate for a way to fix this right now.

Thankfully, I will try picking up some of the things mentioned and try eating them and see if it makes any difference.
