Parasite Problem: What Can I do?

All right, so...

I have had some sort of parasite (likelily flukes) in my body for over two years now.

I went to a festival in September of 2013 and had a quahog there. The quahog had a funny taste to it, but I had nothing to compare it to because I had never had a quahog prior to then.

A few weeks later, I started noticing a red worm-like something in my stool, and as time went on I started noticing these black things that looked like if someone took a fish, folded it in half and made it look vaguely like a moth. That's the best way I can describe it. And then even later, these black pebble-like things appeared in my stool, with one time there being a whole load of them in one stool! I'd say about twenty or thirty (but that many only happened once). I have also seen these things that look like big black prunes in my stool, but I haven't seen them for a good while now.

Mind you, none of these things look anything like what I eat for food. I pretty much just eat chicken on a general basis, so I know if something isn't quite right with that.

In any case, my energy has been sapped (even worse is the fact that I have always been a high-fatigue low-stamina person in general already, so now I feel extremely drossy). Early on, there were short "head heat ups" and (rarely) some diarrhoea, but those don't really happen now.

There is often sharp pain in my mid-to-lower left side of my belly and (more recently) the right side as well. I'm not very familiar with human biology aside from what is absolutely obvious about it (when I was in high school the subject never really interested me much), so I don't know the best way to describe the areas that are uncomfortable, so if you need more detail, please ask.

The worst of it all is the constant and persistant squirminess under my skin. No these are not the heebie-jeebies or the creeps. I can say with one hundred percent certainty that this kind of thing was not something I had ever felt before this started. In addition, over the past year, it has gotten worse, to the point of being present most if not all of the day. It has also spread out to other parts of my body, and is no longer concentrated in the lower left part of my belly.

Early on, we had a stool sample done. Nothing.

Then, a blood test. Still nothing.

Then, an ultrasound. Yet again, nothing.

In any case, I don't know what I can do about this myself. I'm a 19-year-old university student from New England, going to school in New England (I'm a proud New Englander, what can I say?). I am living off campus.

Given my situation, what can I do myself about this very irksome issue? It is seriously wearing on me.
