I am planning to finish my first Master-Cleanse tomorrow (10 days). However, I am beginning to wonder if I shouldn't keep going. This fast has been pretty easy on me, and it appears I have lost some weight. I haven't stepped on the scale since I started.
I am looking forward to getting back into the gym, but I suppose that can wait. I just don't want to start losing muscle mass and I worry that I will be pushing my luck if I keep going.
How much additional benefit is derived from going over 10 days?
