Worms typically have tapered heads and tails and have consistency in the middle (tube like) symmetry.
Mucoid plaque is irregular and has no tapering. If you do have plaque then it does not mean you do not have parasites or other pathogens that harbor the gut. There are many bacteria, protozoa and fungal strains that inhabit the gut.
