I know many people sing the praises of EFT. If they say it helps them, then what can I say, other than share what has helped me? Positive thinking has many great benefits but not all benefits are enough to save us from deficiency.
I grow my own cilantro and eat it quite frequently. Some people have a genetic trait that causes them to not tolerate the taste. However, I don't know if that trait has a good or bad affect on their health if they eat it anyway. Possible case of too strong of a detox for them?
