Any B complex vitamin should work. I used to get angular cheilitis occasionally and then someone told me it's due to a vitamin deficiency and to eat more green vegetables and take a B complex supplement. It usually started to work after a few days. Just clean up your diet and find a brand you trust---any B complex vitamin supplement should help. Now that I'm more consistent with eating better and getting proper nutritional support (ie, supplements) I no longer get AC. Good luck!
