I'm reading about some of the positive effects of going longer.
what are your goals?
To clean my body out, take care of my temple, tgive it a tune up and treat it better. I'm trying to fix it from all the abuse that I've given it over the past many years. I'm also trying to lean up a bit, but I'm willing to work on that after the MC. I just don't want to lose any health and I definitely don't want to gain any fat back and more afterwards.
what is your current weight and height?
I'm 5 foot 7-3/4 inchs tall
I Started at about 188 pounds (give or take a couple of pounds)
Now going into day 9, I'm wieghing in at about 181 pounds
Note: I need a more accurate scale, though, because mine isn't in the best condition, so my wieght figures probably aren't accurate, but I have lost wieght.
