Well im looking beyond just weightlifting, more general well being. I still think back to when i was in Spain, eating a few meals a day consisting of mainly fruits and vegetables and my skin and toenails never looked better.
You can never know if someone is juicing or not but after watching "forks over knives" and the case studies they have in there, it seems like meat and too much casein protein clogs the arteries. Ive been consuming loads of raw milk, broths and similar for years and the last two weeks my health has just gone down hill.
Milk, eggs and meat are pushed big time in western side of the world and im beginning to wonder if this is for a reason.... maybe it dampens your inner light, short circuits things with your higher self. Even eating animals raised humanely, they know when they are being taken to the slaughter house and that twisted energy they feel is stored in their flesh, which transfers to your plate.
Don't know though, there's an overload of information out there nowadays, im not sure anyone does for sure, but i think i might give this no flesh thing a try. Maybe people can ultimately eat whatever they want as long as they believe it is good for them.
