I've never given restaurant lettuce a second thought - now I will. At home I clean my greens w/grapefruit seed extract - it's bitter stuff. I hope it's effective. Occasionally I'm amazed at the number of tiny bugs dead in the soak water - especially w/kale. But I think it's kale that's been sitting around too long.
