I gain weight easily now because of the mold and my failing metabolism. Therefore, the low carb is the only way to prevent things from getting worse. If I were to try to fast on tea, water, and green veggie juice, I would have constant anxiety, chills, and panic. Besides, at this point, I don't believe fasting will heal my condition. I'm just doing things to combat the PMS from hell.
Once my period comes ( 7 days late now...very upsetting), I'm probably going to add back in raw eggs, fish, and maybe the whey.
