I think I figured out what I did wrong. I ewnt back to read some archive posts, and I have been using too much psyllium with my P&B shakes. Double what I should be using. so besides being very difficult to get down, I may be a bit clogged up. especially since yesterday I didn't drink as much water as I normally do. So to corrent I am drinking tons of water all day today and I am going to stop the psyllium until things get moving down there. But thanks for your responses!
