My experience was that the first day or two, I had a combination of solid and liquid eliminations. By day 3 and on, I only had liquid ones. Why? Well...I hadn't been putting anything solid in my body, for one1
Everyone reacts differently. When I SWF, I have two go 2-3 times in the morning, and thats it. I'm not eliminating all day - unlike your co-worker.
Just make sure you drink plenty of water, keep doing the SWFs every morning, and judge how you feel each day.
