I'm reading "journey to the center of your colon" right now, and I'm coming up with some questions/comments I'd like to ask you. Since I'm new on curezone (don't know how long you've been here) should I continue on this thread? or are they more appropriate to be posted on Bowel Cleanse Forum ? Just trying to learn the protocol!

This guys explanations are so clear and understandable. A lot of it I've heard and thought I understood before--leaky gut syndrome, mucoid plaque, pH balance--but he's making it clearer and putting it all together for me. I can't help but rub my belly while I'm reading. And my (lower) tummy is gurgling , like it's saying "see what I've been going through! And you haven't been very understanding when I've cried out in pain."
