Re: G I G O !!! Re: Why is everyone so depressed?
Unyquity,
Thanks--I'll check out that website. I'm working on colon/kidneys/liver right now. If neurotransmitters are produced in the colon, (read that about a year ago) then it seems a good place to start.
I had been trying supplementing with aminos, and phosphaltyserine, heavily, had some exciting success, and then 'crashed' again.(The Edge Effect: Balancing Brain Chemistry...." or something like that) Right now I'm taking a break from those-- I read two weeks ago that you aren't supposed to take them non stop for long periods, but my doctor, bless him, who had suggested trying them hadn't mentioned that-but I keep reminding myself-- I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR MY HEALTH!
I posted a question on
Ask Andreas Forum --it gives a bit of my story. We probably have a lot in common-- I can use all the support I can get. I was trying to share how I was
Liver Cleansing to help with overcoming my
Depression with a friend, and she indicated she'd rather see me just use antidepressants! I'm thrilled to have found cure.zone. :-) And I keep reminding myself--if, no, WHEN I overcome this, I will be an inspiration to others.
WE CAN DO THIS!
