The problem is, my diet and exercise habits were healthier than average even before this (no processed sugars, fast food, deep fried food, etc. for about 10 years now). I also have no family history of cancer. I have always eaten lots of anti-cancer superfoods too (turmeric, garlic, etc.). So the number of improvements available is not that high..
I am currently trying to make much greater improvements still. Eliminating dairy, etc. Not much more to improve, though. More juicing, rebounding, and the Budwig protocol.
I will post a Diet Audit shortly, for feedback.
But if MRIs themselves are the problem, then that is bad. How else to monitor what is going on?
